Any individual who accesses our services on behalf of a company or other legal entity affirms that they hold the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You agree to use stardeal Store's services exclusively for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes, unless stardeal Store has granted you written authorization to do otherwise. The following conduct is prohibited:

Product Information and Pricing

stardeal Store works diligently to keep product descriptions, prices, specifications, and availability information accurate and current. Should an error arise concerning product details, pricing, or availability, we retain the right to rectify the mistake and cancel any orders placed on the basis of that incorrect information, at no expense to you. For items that naturally vary (such as handmade goods or products made from natural materials), minor differences in size, weight, or appearance compared to the listed specifications may occur. Product details and warnings are supplied for informational purposes only; stardeal Store cannot warrant that products are entirely free from cross-contamination during processing or packaging. Product availability may differ depending on your delivery zone, chosen pickup location, and selected time slot.

Orders and Payment

Every order is contingent upon product availability and acceptance by stardeal Store. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, breach these Terms, or cannot be fulfilled because of stock shortages. Full payment is required before your order is dispatched or collected, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Minimum order thresholds and delivery charges may apply depending on your delivery zone and chosen time slot. For age-restricted items (including alcohol, tobacco, and vaping products where permitted by law), you must meet the legal age requirement for purchasing such items in your jurisdiction, and a valid government-issued photo ID must be presented at delivery or pickup. Should an item in your order be unavailable, we will contact you before dispatch and may propose a suitable replacement or refund the unavailable item, unless you have opted out of substitutions during checkout.

Intellectual Property

All materials appearing on stardeal Store's platforms — including text, images, logos, software, private label product packaging, and the "stardeal Store" name and branding — belong exclusively to stardeal Store and are safeguarded by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any stardeal Store content without obtaining our express written consent. User-generated content (such as product reviews, photos, and comments) that you submit to our platforms may be used by stardeal Store for marketing, promotional, or operational purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of your account credentials and for every activity carried out under your account. You must inform stardeal Store promptly of any unauthorized account access or other security incident. You are likewise responsible for supplying accurate, current contact, delivery, and payment details when placing orders, and for ensuring that any special instructions, eligibility requirements, or product-specific conditions you provide are truthful and complete. If you place an order on behalf of another person, you alone are responsible for confirming that this third party satisfies all legal eligibility requirements for the purchased products, including age restrictions applicable to restricted goods.

Limitation of Liability

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of stardeal Store's services shall first be submitted to stardeal Store's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider in New York, NY, in accordance with the provider's commercial arbitration rules. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding on the parties and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

stardeal Store may update, modify, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time at our discretion. Where we make material changes to these Terms, we will give at least 30 days' advance notice by email to the address linked to your account, or through a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using stardeal Store's services before the effective date of the changes.
